Rev. Dr. Otis Manning is a multifaceted visionary —a filmmaker, author, director, producer, music and theatre stage producer, and entrepreneur whose mission is to impact lives through meaningful storytelling and boldly merges faith, creativity, and purpose. With an unwavering dedication to spreading the Gospel, he ministers with prophetic boldness, healing, and miracles, grounded in truth and integrity.
A 4x published author and dynamic voice in media, Rev. Manning uses every creative medium, from film and music to books and live theatre, to inspire transformation and reveal God’s glory. He believes in the power of faith, living by Mark 9:23: “If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”
In December 2009, he surrendered to the call of full-time ministry. In 2016, alongside his wife, Prophetess Joy-Linda Manning, he founded God Family Ministries International (GFMI), a non-denominational and faith-based church. Today, he serves as Senior Pastor and Director, leading 8 active branches across Clarendon, Manchester, St. James, Westmoreland, and Kingston, Jamaica, with international expansion into New York, Florida, and Canada.
Rev. Manning’s work extends beyond the pulpit. Through God Family Radio, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and national media platforms such as Mercy and Truth Ministries (MTM), Power of Faith Ministries, and Television Jamaica (TVJ), he reaches over 6 million listeners and viewers, along with a digital audience spanning 25+ countries.
Whether on stage, screen, or through sound, Rev. Manning is a committed Kingdom builder whose heart for ministry and excellence continues to make global impact.

Jacinth Headlam is an award-winning actress, filmmaker, author, and the founder of Jacinth Media Productions and InnaStarInc., a nonprofit that empowers creatives and underserved communities through arts, mentorship, and purpose-driven storytelling. A bold and intentional voice in independent cinema, Jacinth is passionate about producing films that amplify underrepresented narratives and spark emotional and cultural impact.
Her work has been featured across major platforms including BET, Amazon Prime, Tubi, FOX, TVJ, and CVM. Her latest feature film, Love After Holidays, premiered at the legendary Apollo Theater and is set to release on BET and BET+ in December 2025.
As a producer, Jacinth merges faith, authenticity, and artistic excellence, using storytelling as a tool for healing, empowerment, and transformation. Her films often explore themes of resilience, family, identity, and justice —rooted in her Caribbean heritage and deep spiritual foundation. Whether on screen or behind the scenes, Jacinth continues to lead with heart, integrity, and vision.

Luc Stephen is a visionary filmmaker, writer, producer, and director known for his bold storytelling and culturally impactful narratives. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and raised in Boston before settling in New York, Luc has built a multifaceted career rooted in authenticity, grit, and second chances.
He began his journey in the entertainment industry in 2007 with an appearance on BET’s acclaimed series American Gangster, later contributing as a consultant. In 2012, he founded Second Chance Enterprises, a film production company committed to developing meaningful, high-quality stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
Luc has produced an impressive slate of projects, including the 2024 psychological thriller Sin, starring Academy Award winner Louis Gossett Jr., and the urban drama Better Than My Last, featuring Hassan Johnson (The Wire). His documentary credits include The Mundane Truth, executive produced by Mike Tyson, Irv Gotti, and Gerald “Prince” Miller, as well as Born to Box, executive produced by Curtis Scoon.
As a director, Luc made his debut with Self Destruction, a gripping exploration of inner turmoil and transformation, and later co-directed the feature C.R.E.A.M., showcasing his strength in both raw urban realism and complex character development.
With a strong commitment to telling stories that spark dialogue and promote change, Luc Stephen continues to break ground in the independent film space—earning respect as a creative force with depth, purpose, and cinematic vision.
